Welcome to aitrained.ai. By using this site or any of its tools (the Diagnostic, the Library, the weekly email), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

aitrained.ai is operated by Tay Design Co., an Arizona-based business ("we," "us," "our"). Contact: hello@aitrained.ai.

1. What aitrained.ai is

aitrained.ai is an educational resource about AI tools and workflows. It includes written guides (the Library), an AI-generated diagnostic tool (the Diagnostic), and a weekly email newsletter. It is not a software product, a coaching service, or a consultancy. The content reflects our experience and is offered for general educational purposes.

2. The Diagnostic — important

The Diagnostic generates personalized recommendations using AI based on the input you provide. By submitting a Diagnostic, you understand and agree that:

  • Recommendations are educational suggestions, not professional advice. They are not legal, financial, medical, accounting, or business consulting advice.
  • AI-generated content can contain errors, outdated information, or inappropriate suggestions for your specific situation. Use judgment before acting on anything.
  • You are responsible for evaluating whether any recommendation is appropriate for your business, complies with applicable laws, and respects the terms of any third-party tool referenced.
  • We make no guarantees about outcomes, time savings, or business results from following any recommendation.
  • Don't submit confidential information, trade secrets, personally identifiable information about third parties, or anything subject to regulatory restrictions (HIPAA, GDPR special categories, etc.).

3. Acceptable use

When using the site, you agree not to:

  • Scrape, copy, or republish content without written permission
  • Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract underlying prompts, system messages, or training data
  • Use the Diagnostic or any tool in a way that violates law or harms others
  • Submit malicious code, attempt to disrupt the service, or probe for vulnerabilities
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) beyond standard search-engine indexing
  • Abuse the email signup (e.g., signing up addresses you don't own)

4. Intellectual property

All content on the site — written guides, diagnostic frameworks, photos, design, code, brand marks — is owned by Tay Design Co. or licensed for our use. You may:

  • Read and use the content for your own purposes
  • Quote or reference brief excerpts with attribution and a link back
  • Apply what you learn in your own business

You may not reproduce, republish, repackage, or redistribute substantial portions of the content (including in courses, paid newsletters, or other commercial products) without prior written permission.

5. Email subscriptions

By subscribing, you consent to receive the weekly note and occasional related communications. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or by contacting hello@aitrained.ai. We don't sell email lists.

6. Third-party links and tools

The site references and links to third-party AI tools and services (Claude, ChatGPT, Granola, MailerLite, etc.). We are not affiliated with most of these unless explicitly stated. We don't control their availability, pricing, terms, or behavior. Your use of any third-party tool is governed by that provider's own terms.

7. No warranties

The site and all content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tay Design Co., its owner, employees, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption — arising from or related to your use of the site, even if we've been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim related to the site is limited to USD $100, or the total amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (if any), whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions don't allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability for certain damages. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from any claim, damage, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party right.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the site at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may stop using the site at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, governing law) will survive.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the site will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notice via email. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
